Concept
The 2nd quantitative subset of the AFOQT consists of 25 questions that need to be answered within 22 minutes. Your mathematical terminology needs to be good to understand geometry and algebra questions. You will have to choose one correct answer out of four possible choices.
Geometry is an essential component to assess cadets’ math knowledge. It generally combines rudimentary school and college-level concepts. To pass this part of the test, the foundation of your geometry will have to be strong. You should prepare for topics that include rectangles, squares, areas, volume, Pythagorean theorem, triangles, circles, parallels, perpendicular lines, equilaterals, and isosceles.
